Rocky Mountaineer partnered with Therefore to revamp its Agent Portal, replacing Salesforce Communities with a more flexible Content Management System, utilizing Kaptio's ecommerce capabilities and leveraging deep integration with Salesforce. The result was significant increases in adoption and bookings, across both retail and wholesale channels.
Founded in 1970, Goway Travel has grown from a one-bedroom startup to a mature tailor-made travel provider with 300+ staff globally. Facing outdated branding and a complex to navigate website, Therefore undertook a full rebrand and revamped Goway.com based on extensive user insights and a composable architecture that results in a more seamless and elevated user experience that delivers from lead to loyal customer.
In collaboration with Rocky Mountaineer, Therefore implemented a comprehensive overhaul of the direct-to-consumer checkout process. This strategic enhancement addressed key pain points, resulting in a substantial increase in conversion rates, effectively doubling the number of completed purchases from initiated checkouts.
On-time launch of two pioneering brands for Armstrong Collective
Building on our successful collaboration with Rocky Mountaineer, we facilitated the digital launch of Canyon Spirit, a new US-route brand, and the overarching Armstrong Collective brand. Therefore was tasked with creating a digital experience that seamlessly blended high-conversion ecommerce flows, immersive storytelling, and an intuitive interface across devices.
